  I highly recommend not going here. Terrible office staff who are highly incompetent. In addition, got charged for night guards when I had informed them that I was getting braces and was moving to an orthodontist. It's unfortunate how no attention to detail was focused on. I will be following up with their HR department regarding this experience and reporting this.
